Packages
We looked for the most flexible and valuable methods for our customers to get the biggest bang for their buck by only paying for the services that they used and not get stuck in a contract. This way customers would only pay for the actual services that were utilized and nothing more.
So we organized our services in to packages so that customers purchase the package that fits their needs when they need it.
Note: The prices below are averages only. Prices most of the time vary based on the type of technologies being used.
In addition, taxes and fees are not included in the prices below.
Package A: PAY AS YOU GO PACKAGE
This type of support is really simple. You call to report a problem or problems and you request that a tech be onsite or remote to address the problem or problems. This can be an hour or even days’ worth of work; it does not matter, because you are paying only for the time we spend working on the problem.
The cost for this package is $65 an hour.
Package B: PAY PER INCIDENT PACKAGE
This type of support is based on the nature of the problem. You call to report a specific problem and you request that a tech be onsite or remote address the problem. We analyze the problem and estimate how many hours it would take to complete and if you agree to the number of hours and the cost associated, then we can proceed. If the work completes sooner than we estimated, then you pay only for the actual hours and if the work takes longer than we estimated, then you pay only for the number of hours we originally estimated.
The cost for this package is $60 an hour.
Package C: 10 - 20 HOURS PACKAGE
This is a contract for a number of hours to be used for support or implementations. Essentially you pay for the hours up front, and then use them as needed. Hours you purchase are available for up to a year from the date of purchase. You can always purchase additional hours as you need or upgrade to a package with more hours.
The cost for this package is $55 an hour.
Package D: 21 - 30 HOURS PACKAGE
This is a contract for a number of hours to be used for support or implementations. Essentially you pay for the hours up front, and then use them as needed. Hours you purchase are available for up to a year for the date of purchase. You can always purchase additional hours as you need or upgrade to a package with more hours.
The cost for this package is $50 an hour.
Package E: 31 - 40 HOURS PACKAGE
This is a contract for a number of hours to be used for support or implementations. Essentially you pay for the hours up front, and then use them as needed. Hours you purchase are available for up to a year from the date of purchase. You can always purchase additional hours as you need or upgrade to a package with more hours.
The cost for this package is $45 an hour.
Package F: 41 HOURS OR MORE PACKAGE
This is a contract for a number of hours to be used for support or implementations. Essentially you pay for the hours up front, and then use them as needed. Hours you purchase are available for up to a year from the date of purchase. You can always purchase additional hours as you need.
The cost for this package is $40 an hour.
