PAY AS YOU GO: Cost $65/hour. This type of support is really simple. You call to report a problem or problems and you request that a tech be onsite or remote to address the problem or problems. This can be an hour or days’ worth of work; it does not matter, because you are paying only for the time we spend working on the problem.
Package B: PAY PER INCIDENT Cost $60/hour. This type of support is based on the nature of the problem. You call to report a specific problem and you request that a tech be onsite or remote address the problem. We analyze the problem and estimate how many hours it would take to complete and if you agree to the number of hours and the cost associated, then we can proceed. If the work completes sooner than we estimated, then you pay only for the actual hours and if the work takes longer than we estimated, then you pay for the number of hours we originally estimated only.
Package C: 10 - 20 HOURS Cost $55/hour. This is a contract for a number of hours to be used for support or implementations. Essentially you pay for the hours up front, and then use them as needed. Hours you purchase are available for up to a year from the date of purchase. You can always purchase additional hours as you need or upgrade to a package with more hours.
Package D: 21 - 30 HOURS Cost $50/hour. This is a contract for a number of hours to be used for support or implementations. Essentially you pay for the hours up front, and then use them as needed. Hours you purchase are available for up to a year from the date of purchase. You can always purchase additional hours as you need or upgrade to a package with more hours.
Package E: 31 - 40 HOURS Cost $45/hour. This is a contract for a number of hours to be used for support or implementations. Essentially you pay for the hours up front, and then use them as needed. Hours you purchase are available for up to a year from the date of purchase. You can always purchase additional hours as you need or upgrade to a package with more hours.
Package F: 41 HOURS OR MORE Cost $40/hour. This is a contract for a number of hours to be used for support or implementations. Essentially you pay for the hours up front, and then use them as needed. Hours you purchase are available for up to a year for the date of purchase. You can always purchase additional hours as you need.
Client agrees to pay Service Provider at the agreed upon rate, based on chosen package (or another agreed upon number), for each hour that Service Provider spends working for the Client.
The Service Provider reserves the right to perform all or part of the work at no charge, at its sole discretion, whenever it is deemed necessary.
Services are billed out in quarter-hour (15 minute) increments, rounded up.
The Client agrees to pay for the work done no later than 7 days after the receipt of a written invoice.
